Pricing questions
Which plan should I pick?
If your online sales are under about $6,250 a month, Pay as you grow usually costs less. Above that, Flat does. You can switch plans any month.
Is there a contract?
No. Both plans are month to month, with no setup fee and no cancellation fee.
Do my guests pay extra?
No. We don’t add a fee to your guests’ orders. The price they see is your menu price.
What about card processing?
When live card payments launch, standard card processing rates apply and are shown before you turn payments on.
What does the pilot cost?
We agree terms with each pilot restaurant before any paid plan starts. Nothing is charged without your sign-off.
